As Fraud Investigation Assistant, you will be responsible for the prevention and detection of – and response to – illegal online payment activities. You are responsible and trustworthy and you enjoy working with numbers.
Tasks:
- Fraud management for payment transactions in our online games
- Prevention and detection of fraudulent transactions regarding online payments – and the initiation of appropriate remedial action
- Identification, investigation and analysis of suspicious activities and abnormal patterns
- Development and optimization of practical preventive measures
Requirements:
- Experience an advantage, ideally with a university degree
- Cross-entry possible
- Analytical skills and affinity with numbers
- The instincts of a good detective
- A sense of personal responsibility, a self-reliant way of working and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
