As Practical Trainee for Entrepreneurship and Management, you will get an insight into many different areas of our successful and expanding company. Your job will include coming in contact with customers, Project Managers and TOP management – and your quick perception and solid willingness to work will enable you to quickly work self-reliantly.
Tasks:
- Supporting the TOP-management in all strategic and operational matters, particularly in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, Quality Management and Project Management
- During the two-to six-month practical training, you will get insights into the functioning of different divisions and departments, and into the efficient management of cross-departmental processes
- Independent handling of projects, preparation of presentations and statistics, controlling, market and competition analyzes
- Active participation in internal process optimization – and in our global company strategy for conquering new markets
Requirements:
- Student with academic performance which has up until now been well above-average, with outstanding high school/A level marks.
- High career goals, ambition, desire, determination and team spirit
- High level of analytical and conceptual skills
- A strong Internet affinity and a feeling for economic relationships and business processes
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
