During your Internship in Game Balancing, you will learn to use mathematical calculations to provide the right balance for our online games, enabling lasting enjoyment for players. A mentor will always be at your side to provide help and guidance. Ideally, you could use this practical training to start your career with us and – with a good performance – go on to become a trainee.
Tasks:
- Conception of online games in terms of balancing aspects
- Specifying and continuously improving game flow
- Optimization of existing features in terms of user retention and monetization
- Competition analyses and presentation of feature proposals
- Preparation of detailed and concise Excel documents
Requirements:
- Good mathematical and – in particular – analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- A strong Internet affinity and enthusiasm for online games
- Willingness to work self-reliantly and intensively in a team
- Targeted creativity and thought processes – and a high level of quality awareness
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
