As Lead Key Account Management you will lead the Key Account Management department into a strategic development and be in charge of the employees. You will ensure the establishment and development of the team in a structured and flexible way with the help of your experience and of your excellent analytical sense.
Your Job:
- Establish, develop and lead the key account management team
- Train, guide, manage and motivate the staff
- Periodically draw up reports and analyses
- Report to the Chief Sales Officer
- Liaison for executive management, the key account management team and our HR department
- Conduct staff interviews
Your Profile:
- Degree with honors in business administration
- Several years of professional experience in key account management
- Relevant experience in establishing departments and as a team leader
- Excellent analytical skills and diplomacy
- Strong affinity for the Internet
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Strong command of written and spoken German
