As Online Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the care of our existing customers and the expansion of existing customer relationships. To achieve this, you use your excellent analytical and communication skills.
Tasks:
- Development of measures to optimize existing customer loyalty
- Care and expansion of the relationship with the top existing customers
- Creation of campaigns to appeal to the customer and improve communication
- Independent processing of projects and monitoring of their success
- Preparation of presentations and statistics
- Market and competition analyses
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial or media-related degree or equivalent training
- Minimum of two years experience in key account management, ideally in the online sector
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, plus creativity and the will to realize concepts
- High level of resilience and a solid capacity for teamwork, plus willingness to take on responsibility
- Communication skills
- A strong affinity for the Internet and a liking for computer and video Games
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
