As Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for domestic and foreign website acquisition and communication. You are extremely customer-focused and persuasive and you have already proved that you have a high level of self-motivation and resilience.
Tasks:
- Acquisition of new websites and partners for our online games
- Development and management of sales-related contacts worldwide
- Negotiation of terms and framework agreements with partners
- Assist in building a hard-hitting sales team
- Market and competition observance
- Training and supervision of junior managers and trainees
- Cooperation measures
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial or media-related degree or equivalent training
- Years of experience in online sales and – ideally – extensive contacts within the publishing environment
- A strong Internet affinity, terms such as CPC, revenue share, conversion rate and SEM are familiar to you
- Positive charisma, creativity in cold calling and a real force in closing
- Organizational skills, customer orientation and motivation
- A high level of self-motivation, working independently and teamwork skills are essential
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
