As our Product Manager — KPI Monitoring, you will deal with the analysis and optimization of the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the rollout Team (internationalization) and the work processes and structures based on these KPIs. You will be primarily responsible for the definition of guidelines and ensuring compliance with them.
Your Job:
- Content planning and coordination of analytical tasks in the RollOut Team
- Communication of the results to stakeholders
- Development of necessary process improvements
- Detection of necessary adjustments to tracking and to analysis backend
- Development of a monitoring tool at KPI level
- No financial controlling (for the time being)
Your Profile:
- A university degree
- Relevant work experience in monitoring and/or controlling
- Confident handling of key business indicators (KPIs)
- A good eye for optimization potential
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Knowledge of economic relationships and entrepreneurial thinking
- A very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
