As Project Manager, you will help to ensure the smooth and timely development process of our games. You will coordinate the development team and deadlines for updates – and monitor whether or not these deadlines are met. This positioned is aimed at persons with experience in game development.
Tasks:
- Coordination of the production processes of our online games
- Planning, management and control of development processes
- Process optimization through communication, conflict management and time management
- Close cooperation and coordination with the leads from the Game Development Dept.
- Training and supervision of Trainee Project Managers and Trainees
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a Project or Product Manager in the development of (online) games
- Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, social skills and the ability to solve problems
- Assertiveness and team skills at the same time
- Ideally, experience with SCRUM or Agile methods and the project management software Jira
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
