As a QA Technician, you will work on the further development of the QA process and actively participate in the testing of our online games. Working closely with developers and training new employees will also be part of your day-to-day routine.

Your Job:

• Alpha testing of new online games in terms of functionality and text quality
• Creating and managing test plans
• Actively leading a test team through a test
• Job training of new employees
• Maintaining the bug database
• Writing bug reports
• Working closely with the Game Development Dept.

Your Profile:

• Initial game testing experience
• A real passion for (online) games
• A high level of quality awareness, plus problem analysis and transfer skills
• Accuracy, resilience, resistance to stress and a good eye for detail
• Very good team leadership qualities
• Good management and organization skills
• The ability to describe complex relationships in writing
• A very good technical understanding
• Experience in project management and with bug tracking software
• Programming experience an advantage
• Good German and English, both spoken and written — other languages an advantage
• A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
