As our Usability Manager (m/f), you will be working on the usability optimization of our campaigns. You know — and will use — the principle of simplicity where possible. You will also be responsible for implementing creative ideas and measures derived from user tests and you will have regular contact with both Marketing and Product Management. Accompanying the international rollout will also be part of your duties.
Your Job:
- Development of standards and concepts for realizing a high level of user friendliness
- Realization of qualitative studies
- Identification of weaknesses in usability
- Development of optimization measures together with the relevant marketing managers
- Testing of the measures carried out by means of empirical methods
- Analyzing and processing the test results
Your Profile:
- Several years experience in Usability or Conversion Optimization
- A degree in economics, media computer science, software ergonomics, interface design or social sciences and/or humanities
- Excellent analytical skills — and you are a quick learner
- Experience in monitoring the key figures using tracking technologies and site testing would be an advantage
- Experience in collecting and analyzing empirical data
- A very high degree of independence, plus teamwork skills
- A strong Internet and — ideally — gaming affinity
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
